## What is Live Healthy KY?

Live Healthy KY is a Healthy Lifestyle program for diabetes prevention, chronic disease prevention and weight management.  Includes video modules and private counseling with your assigned coach. The app integrates with Health kit to get information about weight and activity. For use by Live Healthy KY program participants.
