Learned how to build my own objects. Now it is really powerful. I do wish the objects were more “Americanized” and modern. The objects aren’t representative of modern building supplies. For example, no shaker style cabinet doors, no cabinet pulls or knobs, lacking toggle electrical switches… ### 2/5 — Hi *2026-06-26, version 4.12* Hello, I purchased Live Home 3D Pro back in 2019 and have been very happy with it for years. One of the main reasons I bought the Pro version was the ability to import unlimited models from the 3D Warehouse. But after coming back to the app recently, I was very disappointed to discover that downloads are now limited to only 10 models per day. The app says I can either watch a video to unlock 10 more downloads or subscribe to SketchUp for unlimited access. The problem is that no video ever appears, and even worse, I haven’t been able to download a single model for the past 3 days! The app keeps telling me that I have already reached my daily limit, even though I haven’t successfully downloaded anything at all. this is a frustrating experience for users who already paid for the Pro version years ago. If this limitation is caused by SketchUp, the app should at least handle it properly and not lock users out because of a bug. As a long-time Pro customer, I feel that the value of the app has significantly decreased compared to what I originally paid for. I bought the Pro version with certain expectations, and it’s disappointing to see such an important feature become restricted years later. ### 2/5 — Falta Casas Container Marítimo!!! *2026-05-17, version 4.12* La App es muy buena, pero le faltan Casas con Contenedores Marítimos 40 pies (12m) y 20 pies (6m) que tan de moda están ahora por tema precios… ### 3/5 — Good but should be better than regular Live Home 3D *2026-05-16, version 4.12* I had used the regular version for years and was hoping this version would fix numerous glitches and oddities the other version has but the two programs have too numerous glitches to write here. I wanted to create more than two stories, but there program creates a phantom extra story that distorts stairs and is hollow. the cabinets should all be consistent in how the turning features work and the countertops don’t like up correctly. The cabinets should be one set of plane and the additional woodwork should be an add on. The flat rectangle shape is the only one that is editable, so why have the cube? Each shape should be one that can be flipped both horizontally and vertically and lengthened. there should be a a basic mattress that you can change sizes and number of pillows. (I use the flat shape now for this so I can make custom bed frames. The most annoying is the roof feature. Absolutely bizarre things happen with them , and at times the tops disappear and it creates a miniature roof along the wall line. I wish you had a true curved roof options like a gothic arch or other arched building types where the weight falls on the outside structure. This program is far easier to learn than the IPad version of Sketch Up pro, but you are less able to edit the structure. ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2026-03-14, version 4.11.2* Used the free version which was great so upgraded to the pro version. Very little difference to the free version plus frustratingly, the items that were visible but locked are now still visible and still locked. Surely the pro version would allow access to everything? I truly love this app, and the creator of this app is very talented. However, I have a small suggestion. I hope the app can add more objects or packages related to food, such as food cans, cereal boxes, spam, drinks, and water bottles. In general, more small everyday objects would be very helpful. It would be fine except you can't resize them. I purchased the pro version thinking that it would run more smooth than the basic app, but that hasn’t been the case. Not sure what has happened to the integration with Trimble 3D warehouse, but as of late you are no longer able to import and u group items for use. End of May 2024. This is a problem that started on April 4th 2024. I was told at that time it would be “a couple of weeks”. After going back and forth since then, I have been given excuse after excuse. This is beyond nuts! It has been 8 weeks that this app has been unusable. This is the only app that I have paid for and I am quickly regretting it. I am getting very close to contacting the FTC as this whole situation is becoming very questionable and deceiving. ***UPDATE*** As you can read in the developers response, the issue will be fixed in a week. I guess I should’ve asked which week as it’s been two weeks, 6 weeks in total that this app has been unusable. So many promises and no fix, such a shame. When working properly all I had to due was keep my finger on the minus option and the object would continuously move until I lifted my finger. 4 weeks ago I discovered that was not working anymore. I understand that these things take time but 4 weeks? I purchased the app and several packs and they are 100% unusable. Each release is a complex procedure that, besides fixing bugs, requires a lot of supporting activities. We’ve already fixed the autorepeat decrement stepper issue, the update will be released in a week and will include some other fixes and improvements as well. ### 4/5 — Well done, thoughts on updates. *2024-01-24, version 4.8.4* A very thought out program, but would be better with more detail like studs, trusses, structural beams. The ability to do separate storey elevation would be nice to. Could be better with footings and more detailed foundations. As far as decorating and rearranging a room it’s really good. ### 2/5 — Better on Mac *2023-05-20, version 4.7* Undo doesn’t work if editing Site. It jumps immediately to the Ground floor and then if you hit undo again all your work is lost. This is a major bug that just cost me an hour or work. Also my Macbook Air is way less powerful than my iPad Pro yet I can do photorealistic renders on the Live Home 3D app. The iPad Pro chip is ideal for this. Recently, when using the app on my phone certain projects close on their own and when I try to reopen them, they do not and I get an error message. Default charges? *2024-11-26, version 4.9.7* Really sorry to write a review here; my intention is for some one to get back to me as I haven’t been able to find any contacts on the app I downloaded on my iPhone. Being a novice designer I’ve downloaded the app to see what it was. Until this morning when I checked my bank account and found that it deducted an enormous 108 dollars from my account. Being from a third world country where this is my wage for 2 weeks I’m beyond surprised and am trying every possible means to get a refund for some Thing I haven’t even used. I honestly feel the mistake or deception lies with the developer part behaves u would be very careful to or have to think through to make an app purchase. And to be real honest I don’t even know what this apps usages are. Maybe it’s a glitch! Please please please it’s my earnest request to look into the matter as urgently as possible as this amount means a lot lot to me. ### 1/5 — Does not work EVERY time there is an update……And can NOT purchase Extra Packs *2023-02-03, version 4.5.3* Every time there is an update for a new version with my iPad, Whenever I go into my Library Materials folder through my iCloud, it always shows the loading symbol for a good minute and then kicks me out of the app. I always delete/uninstall the app then reinstall it and the same issue occurs. Now, the response I got back from the creators of the app before, had mentioned that it could be the materials I had saved from the 3D Warehouse could not be compatible with the new version. Now here is where I know that isn’t true and makes no sense because if that were true, then how come when I have to re-download the SAME version of the object I got through the 3dWarehouse downloads and allows me to open the tab with no problem. The Geek Squad has even mentioned it doesn’t make sense in that being the answer since I am able to re-download and no problem. So my hassle is having to no longer be able to use my saved projects ever again and feel forced in having to re-download the same stuff (each item) every time there is an update as well as re-create my creations. So therefore I will NOT be recommending this app anymore and some of my friends have already gone to other apps instead to help them in their business due to the same issues and similar reasons as to why ours react the same way with updates and it is a shame since I have spent money on all the extra packs and for this program. I have loved it for a couple years now and am just getting frustrated from the recent frustrations. I have the latest iPad Pro and have plenty of storage and GB. Not to mention I have reached out to Trimble 3d warehouse and turns out that they are not the issue. So I just feel I am getting the run around on the true meaning as to why this is an issue every time. IF there is a resolution please somebody help me. Geek squad has stated that more likely it sounded as though it was this app being more of the issue. I have tried EVERYTHING suggested though to do including contacting all who was recommended in contacting, including Apple. Thank you and this is just disappointing. :( AND Can Not Purchase Extra Materials/Packs One week ago I requested a refund on some of the extra materials packs because I accidentally purchased ones that I had not meant to that came with the last update version of this app (I do have the updated version of this app) and went through the App Store and as of 2 days ago, everything was refunded. I wanted to re-purchase some of the packs again and when I had tried to, the purchases status still showed ‘purchased’ and thinking I had to start anew or something, I un-installed and re-installed the app again and yet the status still states that. I had a few issues with the app not that long ago and sent in my review of this app last week and now this is another issue that I was told was the apps creators issue that needed to be fixed and wanted to see if that were true or not. I just noticed I was able to restore my purchases, does that mean I will be charged again with what I just got restored after receiving a refund on them two days ago? Because I understand and that is alright if so. Again, my iPad Pro is the latest one and the apps and iPad are all up to date with current versions. Never had this particular issue before but have suddenly fallen into it and am wanting to give this app another chance but no answers yet. I understand that you guys get a lot emails and so forth but if you could please help me I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you. You try to adjust a wall and it just starts making extra angles. You pull the wall longer it creates a angle. You try to fix that angle and it creates another angle like seriously what on earth. I also bought the phone and iPad apps as they are great on the move, and an easier way to share details. I can’t fault this app/program - I’m grateful to the team that produced it. Mittlerweile auf dem Mac und iPad. Und das hat weit mehr als nur einen Grund! Wo der Mitbewerb damals mit kinderleichter Bedienung für erste Ergebnisse zu locken versuchte, war LH 3D Pro von Beginn an deutlich mehr als eine Spielerei. Hier wird all das geboten was andernorts fehlt. Deshalb darf die Kreativität in die eigenen Ideen, den eigenen Entwurf fließen, statt in Überlegungen fehlende Funktionen zu umschiffen. LH 3D Pro wurde und wird seit Jahren in seinen Fähigkeiten erweitert und lässt mit ein wenig Einarbeitung selbst ambitionierte Erwartungen im Ergebnis übertreffen. Unser Architekt konnte mit den Plänen sehr leicht nachvollziehen “wohin die Reise gehen soll” und nahm sie dankbar als Grundlage für seine Arbeit. Heute kamen nun neue InApp-Angebote von BeLight Software herein. Auch diese so ehrlich und attraktiv in Gestaltung und Preis wie die Anwendung an sich. Dennoch hatte ich eine Frage dazu, stellte sie und bekam in weniger als 2 Stunden eine freundliche, kompetente und zielführende Antwort! Diese Erfahrung machte ich bereits zu Beginn meiner LH 3D Pro Nutzung, somit vor 6 Jahren. Sie halten die Qualität - in Produkt und Support!
