Only four stars for now because it’s limited to 3 screen size selection. When putting together different images in different scene, the images get cut off and there’s no way to adjust each image to make sure it fit into the screen. ### 4/5 — Great idea...needs some additions and then it will be amazing!! *2018-02-27, version 1.0.2* Love this app! I always shoot with ‘Live’ on so this is a great way to use them. I made a short video of my puppy that reminds me of what the app 1 Second Everyday can do. I like this idea much better because I don’t often remember to take a video but its second nature to take a photo. I would love to be able to rearrange the clips to make the final video more interesting. I also want to preview the live photo before adding it. It would be nice to “favorite” some images in the app so you know which ones you liked best in case you are making different movies. After exporting my first video, I reopened it in iMovie so I could add some music under the live audio. If you could add a library of theme music to include in your app that would be awesome! Some other great things would be to individually edit each clip (ie cut one short, remove the audio, add filters, etc). Great app! ### 4/5 — A better way to handle Live Photos *2017-12-26, version 1.0.2* Agree with another reviewer that I’d like the ability to adjust resolution (especially original quality) and to insert longer videos from the same “moment”. However I would find it necessary to still tell the live videos from the long videos. With these features I can get rid of whole bunches of Live Photo’s. I like them but are fairly hard to manage or view afterwards. This app is a great tool to make use of them. In its present form mainly focused at social sharing and being optimized quality. With the ability to use full quality Live Photos I would add a final Star. ### 2/5 — Great Idea but very buggy *2017-12-25, version 1.0.2* A great little idea for an app. But at moment it keeps crushing 11.2.1. Won’t scroll down passed about last 30 Live Photo’s our let you select more than about 6 live pics. It goes through the motions like its saving but then it stays on the saving screen and doesn’t move on or actually save the video. 2nd: the app support link goes to nowhere that I can submit my issue for help, which doesn’t seem right. I got to my fourth photo and the app crashed. Opened the app again and began to add my photos and it crashed again. Tried a few more times and it just wouldn’t let me get past that screen. I’m also on a new iPhone X soooooooooo I’m not sure. ### 2/5 — Used to love this app *2023-11-01, version 2* Used to love this app but tried multiple times and it keeps closing instead of saving movie. ### 2/5 — Buggy, auto detect of overlap so-so, UI/UX leaves much to be desired *2019-06-06, version 2* I had been using Motion Stills, but it just puts Live pictures together, and I was looking for something that could auto detect the duplicate frames from several Live Photo’s in a sequence for a more seamless video with less manual edits. The photo selection process is not as good in this app, just tiny circle thumbnails, and the stitching together works so so, you’re more often to get duplicate frames the not. But worst of all the order of the photos is very buggy, they get mixed up in a slightly different order each time you go back to select. Worst of all after you select the Lives and then watch the video, if you change your mind and go back, all selections are erased! You can’t just I tap the pictures you don’t want, You have to start from scratch. I’m disappointed I paid for the upgrade for no watermark right away. I’m going back to Motion Stills, until the developer fixes the bugs and poor UI/UX. Since then apps have sprung up like Google’s Motion Stills, but this app is the icing on the cake - it’s simple, let’s you export in square, landscape or portrait and for the price of half a cup of coffee you can leave a tip to the Developer and get rid of the watermark. I noticed that it seems to do that on some of the Live Photos that are about 1-2 seconds long rather than the 3 second ones. Plus, I can’t scroll any further down pass June 2019. And it doesn’t even show everything that was in June either.
