There are constant loops of seeking presales as “starting soon” or tickets being available with no presale codes needed. Then you are directed to another app and another app, but you’ll miss the presale. Or you’ll get in and there will be presale codes needed. So I go to Live nation app and my tickets don’t show there at all. I go to Live nation website and the tickets show but it won’t let you view them, it says you must download the app… the same app where they do not display. I am logged in with the same account. This is infuriating. I cannot view my tickets and idk how I will get into the venue because these apps don’t work!!!!! ### 1/5 — App kept glitching *2026-03-15, version 10.8.1* Yesterday I could not get the seat view up, today it’s stuck saying check your card app before your tickets can be confirmed and I lost my order because it timed out. Then I re did the entire order and it said parking is not available, which is impossible and it made me start over in the order payment process. What a pain in the butt. ### 1/5 — You have to phone in your order if you use Protonmail *2026-03-14, version 10.8.1* If you have a Protonmail account, you will have to call in and wait on hold for a long time to buy your tickets. What service am I getting? An email without a physical ticket? A confusing digital landscape that doesn’t automatically recognize my digitally stored card, making me copy and paste all my info? Having to reset my password to something EVEN longer for…what reason?! Wanting to track me through my other apps to …‘better serve me?!?’ Have a human, at the front gate or telephone, that sells me what I want, for face value without having to DL an app that has bots buying up tickets forcing me onto a resell platform, ALSO run by Ticketmaster (livenation owner) if I didn’t purchase presale tickets!!! ### 1/5 — Those leaked slack posts… *2026-03-13, version 10.8.1* Over charge for events and happy about it. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Tickets not showing in app *2026-08-28, version 11.0.0* First off, I shouldn’t need to access both ticket master and live nation to view my tickets. In addition to that, one my tickets will show in the app. All of a sudden they no longer show requiring me to log out and log back into the app just to see my tickets again. Never had an issue with physical ticket stubs before. I originally had my ticket in the Ticketmaster app, but it forced me to download this app instead. After installing it, I couldn’t find or access my ticket anywhere.
