Acredito que com intuito de dar menos passos a navegaçao pode ocorrer ao tocar em passwordless sem a necessidade de mais um toque no botão continuar. A tela seguinte com instruções pode ser um modal escrito ( não exibir novamente). Assim usuarios que já tem familiaridade com o sistema vão logar com 2 toques a menos.
