This app is not working properly

I just paid $19.99 for the app but still asking me to buy stars again for another money. 
I’m disappointed. This is the first time I paid for app like this and it has failed me terribly.

All these apps do the same thing. Give you the illusion that it’s creating a video and then give you the infamous “oops something went wrong credit refunded.”  It’s a definition of madness to think you’ll get a different result. Don’t waste your money.
