I have alerts setup for my commute and I can get a popup there are 3 incidents on your saved trip. Open the app and there’s nothing. There are a lot of new residents in this area and when the roads flood they have strong currents that these new residents are not aware of. Constantly freezing, switching from NSW to full map of Australia, switching to full screen map of NSW from local area, unable to do anything without turning phone off and opening App. iPad also useless constant freezing, when typing routes delay of several seconds after pressing keys. Deleted using Waze much better.
