Before starting this app, I had my doubts of course because I’ve downloaded others with little to no results or dedication. This app literally motivates me to being healthier with each time that I use it. The trainers are awesome and they actually keep up with your progress as well as see to it that your goals are comfortably met with there workouts designed especially for your needs. I’d highly recommend this app to anyone looking to becoming a more fit, healthier, you!!!
