If this is intentional, bad for the developer to mislead people perhaps with hopes to catch a fish. If I choose to export as a txt, no text is exported. If I choose doc or pdf, the app just shuts down. **Developer response:** Thank you for reaching out to us. It seems to be better than Apple’s built-in version somehow. I use Apple’s built-in version for texting my friends and it gets a lot of words wrong. However it asked for permission to access “speech recognition” when I signed up, so it seems to be using Apple’s. I tried to use long words but it accurately transcribed them. I tried many ways to trip it up but it did not fail. Initials are perhaps a weak spot but they could be even for a human. It was simple to use, and worked fantastic! I used it to record and summarize meetings so I don't miss anything. Now the app won't even launch. All my recordings are now inaccessible, and I'm guessing lost for good. Reached out to the developer website, and this app is not on their drop-down list of apps they support. I emailed them my issue and got no response. (But it was previously!) *2024-05-30* Same issue as reported by other users, I’ve used the app ,to mixed results, but now I receive error message stating my device is not supported for “english-US.” I’ve tried using on 3 diff iPhone models (8,X,13) & receive same error on all three and btw, I do not have the app/devices synced so this is not cause of the issue across three devices. Developer feedback for fix is below, but “restart” does nothing, and only other option is to delete and redownload app, which would cause the loss of existing recordings & more importantly, the loss of the premium version/credit for past purchase, and there is no option in settings etc to “restore purchases” as most other freemium apps include somewhere, inapp or via website. Additionally, from the first moment I used the app, I wanted a tutorial or instructions on commands, such as how to insert punctuation, how to delete/correct typo, how to start new paragraph, how to distinguish between numbers represented as numeric or text, etc. basically, t Thank you for your feedback.
