If you’re going to force someone to pay to use your software than all features should be available. I shouldn’t have to create another account on a third-party site to access features that are in the software. If you want to pre-release features to testers than use TestFlight. Currently the software isn’t fit fore my purpose.

The app doesn't work at all on my device. When I start a recording attempt, it does nothing. It does not record any sound from the microphone or from the device. The app displays that there are recordings, but they don't even play.
After the recording starts, the app's UI also stops working. 

I bought a subscription because I thought the free model didn't work, but it turned out that the paid ones had the same problem.
I tried to get a refund, but they didn't give me a refund.

I paid $10 only to find out it doesn’t work. It glitches saying “Thank you. Thank you” over and over again. I got scared the app was malicious so I deleted it

There is like 50 OpenAI whisper programs available for mac already, this one needs a demo where I can actually use it for a few days, otherwise makes no sense to buy it over something I can actually test beforehand.

After setting up how I want the subtitles to look, and when it asked me to do some kind of subscription thing or I can tap the egg at the top right it freezes in between and the app is un functional

Subtitly app is an excellent tool for learning foreign languages and improving listening and writing skills. The app provides real-time transcription with the option to display subtitles, making it ideal for breaking down language barriers. As an academic teaching a large class where English is not the second language, I have found Subtitly the best in class when it comes to providing live subtitles of my lecture whilst offline. Granted there are some hiccups like crashes and a need to frequently refresh the app to redisplay the subtitles, Subtitly is still ahead of the competition.
