Changed search features
They updated the explore profiles feature more like TKREC, and I personally hate it. It doesn’t come up with accurate searches and some aren’t even close to what I search for. On top of that it used to give the profile I searched for plus other profiles that were theirs even if it wasn’t necessarily the same account name, it no longer does that either. And the “top” and “trending” categories used to be curated to you, which I feel like there’s less of that now. All around I never used tkrec because of this very search and explore system and unfortunately I probably won’t be using GREC anymore either.

마음대로 구독료 청구하는건 뭔가요?
무료체험 기간이 3일이라고 했고 당일에 바로 구독 해지를 했는데 왜 구독료가 청구 되는건가요? 혹여나 제가 구독 해지를 하지 않았다고 해도 무료체험이 끝나기도 전에 구독료가 청구되는게 맞는겁니까? 진짜 이해할수가 없네 순 날강도 아니야 환불 제대로 부탁드려요;;

I’ve tried logging in several times with several different accounts after confirming my Instagram accounts’ user name and password. No success and the developers will not respond to my inquiries. Paid for the minimum one week subscription but was a total waste.

Paid twice for one thing!!!
I tried paying to unlock a live without purchasing premium but it wouldn’t allow me to. So I bought premium thinking it would give me a free unlock LIKE IT SAYS but no. I had to pay for premium, AND the lives I was trying to purchase.

UPDATE- Fixed issue in 5minutes thank you Support team. Was 5/5 until a day later after i paid 3.99 to unlock. none of the videos i paid for would load itll say error and when i uninstalled and installed it wont even let me log into my google account. am i banned?

・突然セッションが切れ、再ログインできなくなった
(⚫︎⚫︎というユーザー名が見つかりませんと出てログインできない、存在するユーザー名がなのに)
・プレミアムプランの年払いを無料トライアルで1アカウントを無料でアンロック可能とのことだったので無料トライアルを開始したが、過去の履歴のアンロックは有料のままだった。無駄にトライアルしただけになった

アカウントのログインパスワードを忘れてしまい、ログインが出来ません。
問い合わせしましたが、どうやら海外版？ではパスワードリセットの項目が元々あるらしく、
『ソーシャルネットワークのアカウントで二要素認証を有効にしてください。』とよくわからない返信が返ってきました。
リセット方法が可能であればさらに詳しく教えてください。
