How to do this on a live call

I spent $10 on this for all the features and I’m using some wireless earbuds and it’s not working in a live call, I tired messages and discord so far and nothing has worked. Someone please tell me how to do this and overall the app is good

You got the voices and stuff down but it’s not even compatible with discord and when I tried cancel the subscription it’s not showing to cancel so I deleted the app but you got that 1 star off of making things to confusing.

Overly complicated I don't know if it works or not. It just kept giving feedback and I couldn't figure out how to do it and then it has the ads that you accidentally somehow click on when you try to close them and it turns into a whole other webpage.
