I just finished to the 8 week spring challenge and feel so much stronger and energized. Love the flow of the workouts. It was easy to follow along and super fun! Loved Lauren’s energy! 

Also great meal prep ideas, recipes, and grocery list made this building habits much easier 1000000/10 recommend.

This app has videos to follow along for form & to us very clear on what the workout is achieving. I love how easy to use and how great of a workout I get!
