Besides the wide array of learnings & recommendations that I get from the Live Well Hub, I stay connected to many people around the world with common lives and challenges, most notably the close friends that I’ve made through my OMS cohort.

The app allow the flow of information really easy. The ability to interact with other users is so important too and is very accessible too!
