## What is Live YPB?

Welcome to the innovators edition of YPB. We are building a platform that delivers optmised nutrition recommendations, personalised to your training goals, physique, heart rate, and more. If you have any problems with the app, send us all the details you can and what happened before you had the problem to team@liveypb.com

The platform and app today are early versions, but they include the following features already:

- session tracking
- customised sessions (based on your energy levels, when you last trained, and more)
- nutrition notifications during and after a session
- tagging nutrition in your sessions via NFC automatically updates your nutrition profile for your current session


Requirements:
- Internet connection during sessions - for now we need to perform all the calculations on our platform. Notifications are sent from the platfrom to your device in real-time

Experimental features:
- Bluetooth heart rate monitor support. This is optional, but it does improve the accuracy of the predictions. We know that our current implementation will fail in some scenarios, we ask for your patience as we improve this feature, along with all the others!
