רפואה ראשונית דחופה:
במסגרת שירות זה, תוכל/י לראות בשעות הפעילות רופא מומחה ילדים או משפחה באופן מיידי ולקבל ישירות למייל שלך סיכום יעוץ, מירשמים, אישורי מחלה, הפניות לרופאים מומחים, מיון או מוקד רפואי ובנוסף עידכון התיק הרפואי בקופת החולים.

רפואת מומחים:
שירות זה מאפשר לך לראות מומחים במגוון התמחויות (כגון קרדיולוגיה, אורטופדיה, נשים, המטולוגיה, ילדים, כירורגיה אורולוגיה,כאב, נפרולוגיה – יתר לחץ דם וכדומה). את הרופא המומחה המועדף עליך תוכל/י לבחור בכל מקום וזמן שנוחים לך, על פי זמינותו, תחום ההתמחות שלו, קורות החיים, או אפילו על פי המלצת משתמשים קודמים. בנוסף, תוכל/י להעביר לרופא מסמכים רפואיים קודמים, בדיקות והדמיות ולקבל חזרה למייל שלך סיכום יעוץ, מירשמים, הפניות ואישורים.

עוד שירות שייקל עליך בעת מחלה. כל המירשמים שנשלחים אליך מהרופא של ביקורופא Live מועברים באופן אטומטי לכל סניפי רשת סופרפארם, כך שאיסוף התרופה יהיה קל ונוח יותר.
 
אפליקציית ביקורופא Live ניתנת להורדה ללא תשלום והינה פתוחה לקהל הרחב.
