This is a great app to keep track of my health and nutrition. The AI is very subtle but helpful and the reminders and suggestions keep me on my path to weight loss.

I used the app in the trial phase and without realizing lost weight over 4 weeks. My health metrics improved. I love the holistic advice, the WhatsApp interaction - don’t need to load the app , and the personalized advice across nutrition, activity, mindfulness and sleep. Since you wrapped in my existing routines - I really didn’t realize I was making big changes. Kudos for helping me get healthier. Thank you
