Live2Better is an intelligent and easy-to-use assistant which helps monitoring and managing your diet, exercise and overall health to live a more balanced life, all in one app!.

It keeps detailed private records of your nutrition, activities, medications and other personal parameters (e.g., body weight, body fat and heart rate) and an optional diary of all different and most important areas crucial to your wellbeing.

Life2Better acts as your own personal assistant. it keeps all your personal data localy and secure. No cloud or other servers involved.
Using the latest scientfic findings, it encourages you to excerise. It tells you when your diet is poor or unbalanced. It shows an updated status of you most important health related parameters on a reagular basis. 

It’s simple: The more you use the software, the better it gets, the more you benefit.
