Seriously. It’s been a year. You guys are better than this. Been with ya for 5 years. Please. ### 1/5 — Now paying for positive reviews *2021-12-30* Unfortunately, Live Agent is now emailing their customers offering a $30 gift card for a 5 star review rather than address the shortcomings of the app. It’s clear that management has no intent of addressing their terrible app or other issues on the web portal, so it’s probably best to consider other options. There hasn’t been an app update in over a year! Original review:Live Agent is a reliable and affordable help desk tool. Unfortunately, their mobile app leaves a lot to be desired. It doesn’t notify you when there have been responses to your ticket, only a notification on new tickets. It also doesn’t allow you to add attachments to your tickets, which is pretty critical when supporting your customers. We run a mobile app, and showing screenshots of the app is always the easiest way to support our customers with technical inquires. The app also doesn’t allow you to setup canned responses. I wish Live Agent would invest in the app, otherwise we’ll have to leave them for another provider as 95% of our support is handled through mobile. ### 3/5 — Kinda works *2020-05-13, version 2.5.2* Limited use, dated ui and notifications not working, needs some major time to get it up to scratch for actual usage. ### 5/5 — Great for customer service on the go *2020-03-11* Allows you to answer tickets on the go! Really let itself down right out the gates. Gist is looking like a front runner but different feature set so a bit frustrating that I can't use this app for emails etc ### 1/5 — No comments *2019-09-13* The works mobile app I’ve ever used. See no point to point on issues as just try it and you will see at once. No need to dig deeper. The design is awfully terrible. Let me guess, the developers design the UI right lol? ### 2/5 — Nice thought, poor execution *2019-06-14* Web platform is reasonably well put together and not a bad price no matter how you slice it. Unfortunately their mobile app leaves a serious amount to be desired. The app isn’t optimized for anything past iPhone 8 (not that hard - coming from a dev) and it logs you out on a regular basis. Not remotely reliable. No updates in 3+ months. ### 3/5 — Barely usable for answering tickets *2019-04-26* I’ve been using this as my phone access for live agent to look at tickets and reply. Almost never can I just open the app and look at tickets - it’s almost always a sync error and then a reload is needed and then this reload fails and then fails again and I end up having to login again... after hard quitting the app using iPhone system swipe up... FRUSTRATING :) hopefully there is a new version / implementation soon please. ### 2/5 — Good but *2018-06-15, version 2.4.8* Good but the alerting for an incoming chat need fixed. The lack of notifications for incoming chats is disappointing.
