리브애니웨어로 한달살기집 구경하는게 제 취미생활인데요
찜설정이 최대 50개가 끝이라 너무 아쉬워요. 그리고 찜목록 중에서 제가 원하는 지역이나 가격순 내림차순 등을 해볼 수 있는 기능이 있으면 좋겠습니다

I installed this app thinking I  can find and rent a location in Korea during my vacation there. I found the app is easy to use and was able to find a location that would have been convenient to stay at and attempted to reserve the place but ended up having to cancel it as I couldn’t pay using a foreign credit card or funds.

3월경 부산 해운대 숙소를 7,28일 ~8월6일 숙소를 예약했습니다. 
금토일은 다른 숙소를 잡고 점심에 출발하려고 회사 휴가를 다 쏘놓은 상태에서 3일전 아침에 연락이 와서 취소가 되었다고 하네요. 황당해서 전화해보니 집주인이 일방적으로 취소했다고 하고 도와줄수 있는게 아무 것도 없다는 말만 하고 끈더라고요, 집주인과 통화해보니 한달전에 취소 한 사항이라고 합니다. 
이어플 쓰시면 불안함에 잠못드실거에요 . 집주인한테 위약금 20만원 받아서 15만원 줍니닼ㅋㅋ
한것도 없는 리브애니웨어에서 5만원 가지고 갑니다 책임 절대 안집니다. 본인들이 중계했으면서 잘못은 계약자에게 돌립니다. 판매자가 승인 누르면 끝입니다.체크하는 시스템이 없다고 합니다. 두배가 넘는 금액 주고 다른어플에서 다시 예약했습니다. 
성수기에 본인들이 사이트올려서 계약을 진행했는데 집주인탓하고 집주인이 한달 전에 취소했다고 하니까 그때서야 더 좋은 시스템을 만들겠다고 합니닽ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 조심하세요 사용자분들

23년도부터 썼고, 단기 임대하는 방식으로 계약을 진행하는 게 좋았어요. 일주일 이상 여행할 일이 생기면 먼저 찾는 앱입니다. 

다만 숙박업소와 집 임대의 경계에서 애매모호한 호스트들이 있는 것 같아요. 호스트를 위한 가이드를 명확하게 제공하고, 이를 임대인에게도 공유한다면 더 좋은 앱이 될 듯합니다.
앱 편의성은 좋았고, 웹은 사용성이 불편했어요. 큰 화면으로 볼 수 있게 웹도 그로스 되면 좋겠네요.

짧은 체류가 필요해 이곳저곳 알아봤지만 계약이 어려워 헤매이고 있다가 월세처럼 끊어서 결제할수 있는 기능을 보고 예약했어요. 비대면이라 선택했는데 보증금도 부동산에서 계약하는 월세보다 저렴하고 매월 결제할수 있어 그 자체로 고마운 앱이라고 생각했어요.

타 어플들에비해 게스트 매칭이 잘 되는 편이라 정말 좋습니다 하지만 앱 들어갈때마다 로그인을해야되는점, 호스트 사이트로 아동할때 웹으로 넘어기고 또 로그인해야되는점, 달력 설정할때 직관적으로 알아보기 힘들고 조작이 불편한점 이 있습니다 금방 개선해 주실거라 생각합니다☺️

에어비앤비에 비하면 너무 불편합니다
다신 안 쓸 것 같아요 ㅜㅜ
출장때문에 처음 이용해봤는데 호스트랑 메세지 하기도 힘들고요 (서로 알림 안울림) 
날짜가 계속 변경돼서 최대일수 보름으로 잡아놓고 10일로 예약을 변경할 경우 머리복잡해집니다 에어비앤비처럼 알아서 금액 계산돼서 떨어지지않아요
숙소주소가 오픈된게 아니다보니 근처 환경이 너무 안좋을수 있잖아요....... 그래서 날짜변경정도는 유도리있게 가능했으면 하는데 무조건 예약자가 리스크를 안고가야하는게 불편해요. 예약하고 보니 이러지도 저러지도 못하고 마이너스만 나게 생겨서 비추합니다ㅜ +반려견 금액까지 애초에 결제할 수 있음 좋겠어요. 가서 현금 따로 내야하는것도 불편하네요.
