I have to type my email address every time which launches another site that actually uses the Password app/biometrics. Clean it up. The time selection defaults to the wrong Am/Pm and confuses itself on which is active. Just a very basic UI that an AI coding assistant could clean up very easily. ### 1/5 — Terrible log in update *2026-08-19, version 2.1.31* Log In doesn’t work with Face ID anymore. I have to re enter log in and password multiple times and get error messages. Then I get sent to an entirely separate log in page to re enter everything again! Terrible update. I don’t understand why they changed the log in process when it was fine as is. ### 1/5 — Hire a competent engineer *2026-08-19, version 2.1.31* This has to be one of the worst developed apps on the App Store. The authentication method is from 2009 and the playback feels older than that. ### 1/5 — Livebarn login *2026-08-17, version 2.1.31* I have tried everything to log in on my iPhone. I have the right email address and password! I enter all that and it takes me right back to the login page. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app. Still no luck! I’m getting angry at not being able to watch my grandson play hockey😡 ### 1/5 — New Login Process is Terrible *2026-08-12, version 2.1.31* The new login process is terrible - it doesn’t trigger Apple’s autofill, so you have to manually type in your email, then it takes you to a whole separate screen to actually login. Other issues persist - often times the VOD is not available, and it’s not just for one venue, but for all. You click on a half hour time block and it thinks on it for a minute then automatically shifts to the next time block, and then does the same thing again. ### 2/5 — Re invest *2026-08-11, version 2.1.31* They need to reinvest in the cameras they are dated and so many glitches . I’m close to canceling ### 1/5 — Worst app always down *2026-08-10, version 2.1.31* This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The app is expensive and hardly ever works. You either have the app constantly not working or the live view of your rink is “temporarily unavailable “ and they never give you an explanation. It’s either and I don’t know or we will have to have someone take a look at the equipment on site. You do NOT get your moneys worth.
