I have to type my email address every time which launches another site that actually uses the Password app/biometrics. Clean it up. The time selection defaults to the wrong Am/Pm and confuses itself on which is active. App randomly kicks you out and randomly demands password changes. For $10 a month maybe you can get away with that but $25? In many cases it’s also up to your venue and how they installed the camera and if they have reliable internet connection. But I would have loved this when I was a kid and even today it’s serviceable. I frequently have issues with this website and it streaming service. We pay quite a bit of money to use their service and it works 50% of the time and a lot of the arenas are blacked out. When I do email the company with issues they basically tell me to cancel my subscription. I wish Apple would do something. Now I have to manually type in my email address before my password app would kick in to fill in my email address and password on the next screen. It’s so amazingly clunky. I have the right email address and password! I enter all that and it takes me right back to the login page. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app. Still no luck! I’m getting angry at not being able to watch my grandson play hockey😡 ### 1/5 — New Login Process is Terrible *2026-08-12, version 2.1.31* The new login process is terrible - it doesn’t trigger Apple’s autofill, so you have to manually type in your email, then it takes you to a whole separate screen to actually login. Other issues persist - often times the VOD is not available, and it’s not just for one venue, but for all. You click on a half hour time block and it thinks on it for a minute then automatically shifts to the next time block, and then does the same thing again. ### 1/5 — Worst app always down *2026-08-10, version 2.1.31* This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The app is expensive and hardly ever works. You either have the app constantly not working or the live view of your rink is “temporarily unavailable “ and they never give you an explanation. It’s either and I don’t know or we will have to have someone take a look at the equipment on site. You do NOT get your moneys worth. The network must be huge, complicated and sometimes stuff happens. It simply cannot be perfect 100% of the time. We find that the people at LiveBarn to be nice and helpful, if there any problem. No, I’m not being paid for this review! Lol. Specifically, this product is for us, excellent. Please let me explain. We have five grandchildren, of which, four are in hockey, at various levels. We live forty minutes from three of them and ninety minutes from the other two. We live in the snowbelt on the edge of Lake Huron at the junction of highway 21 and highway 9, in Kincardine, Ontario. This can be a very difficult area to travel any great distances in the winter. We have travelled in very difficult conditions in the past and now at seventy, just can’t, or won’t do it. We find that this program, provides a great opportunity to enjoy the experience without the worry and frustration of travelling many miles (and back) in bad weather. As Granny and Grandpa, we absolutely love, sitting in our living room, fire on, feet up, warm and cozy, when it’s snowing and blowing, watching the grandkids play their hockey games all over Ontario. It’s really nice and a good alternative than having a parent or anyone recording you from the outside of the rink. You also don’t really mess up due to pressure of a phone being on you.
