It’s a nice blue colour for your background but app doesn’t actually open into anything. Just blue.

Hi I haven’t been able to access liveful app for a few weeks. Each time I click on the app, I get a blank light blue screen. I am distraught that I wasn’t able to access my late mum’s photos and videos. I sent an email to Felicia Ler but she didn’t reply. Please help me to restore access to liveful app asap, thanks.
