Instead, EVERY SINGLE TIME. They are unhelpful, give bad advice and do not know what they’re talking about. I think life health is using cracker jacks doctors and not real ones that actually know what they’re talking about. ### 1/5 — Negative 5 Stars *2026-08-18, version 20.05.0100* Atrocious experience with customer service. They will double bill and refuse to refund your money. Your insurance and you will end up paying $118.00 for a $59.00 bill because of their poor billing practices. Avoid them at all costs unless you want to pay double for subpar treatment! Customer service will give you six different answers from six different people.
