Please fix auto correct texting!! The app is already slow enough and now have to correct everything I type...

Please advise the “end chat” button does not terminate chats on app, everything works fine but this feature pls fix.

This app would be fantastic if it just notified me.  I set it up for push notifications, but never get them.  I have to be near my desktop logged in...which kinda defeats the purpose.

Good customer service app. I'm looking forward to using it to connect with my patrons and build my business. I love that it's free...every little bit helps in this economy! The download was easy and you can decide whether or not you want to receive push notifications, which I believe most people will.
