I dont have any use of mobile tally. But the customercare guyz call us regularly and force us to take this even though if we say we dont need this. They ask us the reason for not wanting this in an angry manner. Very worst attitude. I dont recommend this company n their staff as they show bad attitude towards their customers. One of their employee called me n i said him i dont require this for my small work. in the first minute itself i told him but he spoke with me for 10 minutes forcing me to take this n no respect towards customers. ### 1/5 — Fraud company *2024-08-12, version 7.0.42* This is a scam and they do fraud. There is not upto the mark and charge too much. They depend on third party customer service company, they don’t even know basic english. This company is buying contact numbers of the customers from Indiamart both the companies are scammers. If livekeeping - Tally get good payment from scammers they even sell our data as well. Think twice before you subscribe. ### 1/5 — Not recommended *2023-09-19, version 7.0.19* App is not that much user friendly compared with other apps , and for subscription employees talk in such a way that they’ll be available for 27/7 and 365 days, and they make fake promises. Once subscription is taken noway they’ll accept ur call and they won’t even reply to your message. In my case ANUSHA and GANESH made all fake promises, even their Team leader .believing their words i took subscription, once payment was done they stopped replying me.
