I am a paying customer which allows me to use the app. WRONG!!! I am unable to get the app to work so I am giving them payment for nothing. I have sent three messages with no response. I will discontinue service if I don't here anything by Friday because I can't stay chained to my desk waiting for incoming chats....ugggggghhhh so super disappointed
