I have been using this app for a while and it changed a lot of my old unhealthy habits. This app is user friendly and has tons of good resources! It has a rating system allows you to evaluate yourself too. I have recommended it to my friends and hope this app can help others to live a better and healthier life!

Guess I’m healthier than I thought!! Honestly love this app. Beautiful design and most importantly teaching me a lot about my bad habits.. I’ve started eating more whole grain and fiber especially after using. Going to buy something to find out my blood pressure, then will get my parents signed up. Love it.
