They take your money and then do not give you access as promised. Do NOT purchase. ### 1/5 — One Word:AWFUL *2022-01-08* The judges give this app a 0.0. Doesn’t update scores automatically. Doesn’t recognise different levels in same session making following scores very hard. We are just confused as to how you received a validation code if you entered the wrong email, these are sent to email entered. If you could email us at support@sportzsoft.com we would be more than happy to assist. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2021-03-01* Can’t see the details of the event the day after it happens. Difficult to navigate, can’t see many details unless you pay for it. Slow to load. **Developer response:** Hi emmao28, If details were missing the day after the event this would be due to the host club turning off app data. We give the host clubs the ability to choose when they display data from their meets. As per the slow loading, we are addressing this issue. We are a Canadian company and therefore our servers are based in Canada. This means data needs to travel to other side of the globe which can take some time. We are new to the Australian market and looking at getting a server set up in Australia to fix this. Appreciate your feedback. ### 1/5 — This app is bad *2021-02-13* This app has a great idea behind it but the app it self does not work well at all. We used this for a recent competition and it won’t allow us to view team scores because you have to update to pro I don’t have this problem with any of the other score tracking apps so I don’t know why it’s a problem on this one ### 1/5 — Rip Off ! *2020-09-27* This app went from being free to $25 a year. The app freezes all the time, like constantly. It actually behaved better when I had the free version as the app had less data to load. We always appreciate the feedback. ### 2/5 — Enjoy the app… when it works *2025-03-01* Great information in the app, enjoy monitoring a competition and scores in real time. However, the app often freezes and you have to close the app down fully and restart it. Recently it won’t even let me log in after having to delete the app because it would pull up information and was freezing. Really frustrating especially when it happens right when you need it. ### 2/5 — When it works it’s good *2023-02-09* This app is wonderful, when it works. It’s constantly giving error messages and shutting down unexpectedly. And that’s with paying a fee for the Pro edition. Needs additional filter/sort options. Could not filter results by levels/age divisions within a session, or across multiple sessions in the Comp. **Developer response:** Hi Diva Ox, We understand your frustration with only being able to use the App on the purchasing device. This is a guideline set by the apple store for In-App purchases. We will be moving to the subscription based purchase model in the coming months to address this issue.
