## What is LiveMM?

---
Know your focal length. Every shot.

LiveMM displays your real-time 35mm equivalent focal length and angle of view
directly on the viewfinder — so you always know exactly what you're shooting.

Whether you're a film photographer trying to match a composition on your phone,
or someone who wants to develop a sharper eye for perspective, LiveMM speaks
  the language of real cameras.

  ---

  REAL-TIME FOCAL LENGTH OVERLAY
As you zoom in or out, LiveMM instantly shows the 35mm equivalent focal length
(e.g. 26mm) and angle of view (e.g. 77°) on screen. No lag. No guessing.

  HARDWARE-ACCURATE READINGS
LiveMM reads the field of view directly from your iPhone's physical camera
hardware using AVFoundation. The focal length you see is calculated from the
actual optics of your device — not a rough estimate.

  LENS PRESET BUTTONS
  Instantly switch between your phone's physical lenses — 0.5×, 1×, 2×, and 3×
  — with a single tap. LiveMM automatically detects which lenses your device has
at startup, so it works correctly on any iPhone without a device database.

  PINCH TO ZOOM
Use standard pinch-to-zoom gestures for continuous zoom between lens presets.
The overlay updates in real time throughout the entire zoom range, including
  digital zoom.

  PHOTO CAPTURE WITH EXIF DATA
Capture photos directly in the app. The 35mm equivalent focal length is written
into the photo's EXIF metadata, so your camera roll tells the full story of
  every shot.
