Worked great at my previous address, but at my new address this is not up to par! Even uninstalling the half and reinstalling does not help. I suspect there are residual data from the old app that is confusing things. Great, a speed test that works 20% of the time! ### 1/5 — Horrible Company *2026-06-25, version 26.2.1* Stay away from this company. They refused to honor my price for life telling me to prove I have it. Then despite a month’s notice they charged me for a full month as my service cutoff date was after the calendar month ended. But it took three reps to get that answer. ### 1/5 — Never Works *2025-12-29, version 25.3.2* Constantly getting the error message “There was a delay, try again” and nothing works. All within a couple minutes it shows 7, then 8, then 10, 13, 15, 11, 13... usually counting my desktop twice when I have only one !!! It took me multiple restarts, resetting network connections, restarting phones just to get it finally recognize our second iPhone. Complete waste of ### 1/5 — Glitchy and slow *2025-07-15, version 25.2.0* App keeps glitching and giving me an error. It is painfully slow to load. ### 1/5 — It's like the Stone Age *2025-06-08, version 25.2.0* App is utterly useless, unless you want to maybe run a speed test that will take 15 minutes. Notifications are pointless and offer no real information on what pieces of software (ExperienceIQ? What is that?), security notifications that give no results or options to do anything. You can name devices, but they immediately revert to either the IP or MAC (statically assigned IPs and none of the devices are spoofing a MAC, so there's no reason the names should change). Half the time the app says there's network issues and it cannot connect to the internet, even when there are zero issues. On top of that, the service itself is sub-par, 1/10th to 1/5th of the speeds advertised. ### 1/5 — App is not useful *2024-05-06, version 24.1.0* For some reason, I cannot get my app to connect to my router. I have tried logging out and logging back in, which is about as far as my technical expertise goes when it comes to these kinds of things. All of my other devices just stay connected to things, can’t understand how this has disconnected and then won’t reconnect. ### 2/5 — App *2026-01-04, version 25.3.2* What is the purpose of this app all I get is there was a delay try again.
