I’ve had this for years and put so much money in this game and now every time I login it says error and for help got to help. There’s nothing in that option to fix it. I decided to delete the app and reinstall it and still doesn’t work right. When I try and buy something it freezes

I go to jobs and do an international promotion for the full 10 hours.. I close the app, come back to it later and it says the job is completed but I only receive 200,000 instead of the 1,000,000 I should be receiving..
