買った当初はちょこちょこ使えてましたが、
途中から使えなくなり、GoogleHomeでも
使えなくなった為、いろいろ調べて
サポートに連絡しましたが、改善策を教えてもらえず
解決出来ずにこれは使うのをやめました。
今は他社のもっと安い物を買い替えましたが、
そちらではGoogle Homeでも使えて、
テレビ、エアコン、照明を声で操作出来て、
外出先からもエアコン操作が出来てます。
他メーカーの安い物で充分使えてます。

1台目のLS miniが突然電源が切れたままどうしようもなくなったので、第二世代の新しいものを購入した。が、最初から温度表示が22℃のまま全く変わらず、不良品ではないかと問い合わせてもまともな回答なし。トリガーで電灯をタイマー作動するよう設定しても、一度作動すると勝手にルールが削除されてしまったり、全く使えない。最初に買った個体の方が遥かにちゃんと使えていた。

エアコンの学習画面になにも写りません。
プラスボタン一つあるだけで、学習機能、配置変更など機能しません。コロナエアコンを自動検知させましたが、認識までは成功したものの、運転切り替えのボタンを押しても反応がなくずっと冷房になったままです。冷房状態では温度調節ができますが、アプリで暖房状態にすると温度調節ができなくなります。もちろん暖房に切り替えられていません。エアコンの自動認識させたら手動でリモコン学習しようとすると、またプラス記号だけある画面になっちゃって、すべての機能が使えなくなっちゃいます。

1台でアレクサ連動は多分問題ありませんが、2台目を追加して、部屋のグループ設定をしようとすると、うまく設定できないか、その設定方法が分かりにくいかどちらかです。
1台目をマスターと呼ぶらしいのですが、2台目を追加して初めて部屋設定できるのに、後からマスターを部屋に属させると言う考え方がないようです。
つまり後からマスターの部屋設定を変更するインターフェイスが見つかりません。
関連してマスターに付随して登録したデバイスを後から部屋グループに属する設定変更のインターフェイスが見つかりません。
これでは、複数台でアレクサ対応と言えないと思います。
-------その後追記
livesmart上は放っておいて、その状態で、アレクサのデバイス設定をしたら、各部屋とも認識しました。しかし、その部屋(this)としての認識に一部不具合があるようです。この辺も少し調べてみます。

オフラインのままずっと使えません
Wi-Fiの設定も何度もやり直してますが全然ダメ本体設定もやり直ししようとしてもそもそもアプリが落ちます、どうにかしてください
