## What is Livestrong Coaching Ltd?

We believe in providing a welcoming and friendly place for people to come and train without judgement, or a feeling of intimidation.

You'll be provided with premium personal training and coaching every time you enter the studio. Giving you variety in your training and confidence knowing you are under the watchful eye of a caring and motivating Coach who'll be monitoring you at all times.

At Livestrong we meet you where you are at and we don't believe that trying to kill you off every workout is an effective way of improving your health and fitness.

You'll also get to train with others like you, on the same journey. Our community is full of encouraging and supportive individuals. This makes training fun and engaging. Maybe you'll make some friends along the way.
