I honestly didn’t expect this from Harley-Davidson, especially for a $30,000+ motorcycle. The LiveWire One app is a complete letdown — it doesn’t even connect half the time. I’ve tried every possible reset, re-pair, and update, and it still refuses to work reliably.

For a brand built on engineering excellence and heritage, this level of software quality is unacceptable. You’d think for this price point, basic app connectivity would just work. Sadly, it’s a huge miss that really drags down the ownership experience. Very disappointed.

I agree with others that this app is lacking the functionality and smoothness that we have come to expect from LiveWire. 
There is no longer any service to connect with and monitor the motorcycle, which was taken away at least 2 years ago with the promise of a replacement service. Yet there is still nothing available. 
LiveWire has, and continues to drop the ball with this issue as well as the app in general.

LiveWire app no longer supports the motorcycle. I can no longer tell charging status, battery life, alarm status, anti theft tools, and bike location. Basically making the LiveWire One the only EV without an app. The loss of features make this bike not worth any price for the motorcycle.

Incredibly disappointing that Livewire chose to discontinue the main functionality of this app. I used it to know how charged my bike was when charging at work or overnight - which was taken away, along with other alerts and functionality like vehicle tracking, this month. I chose a project backed by a trusted company like harley-davidson to avoid this exact type of scenario - very disappointed to receive startup levels of poor planning for a bike at this price point.

To strip these bikes of features is what help sell these bikes. Like gps on your bike, stolen vehicles, oh how about charge location.

Il est vraiment dommage qu’il ne soit désormais plus possible de contrôler l’état de charge de sa batterie à distance, c’est un service que propose les concurrents comme Zero Motorcycle et qui est très utile pour le propriétaire d’un véhicule électrique. J’espère qu’une solution alternative sera bientôt disponible.
