It’s incredibly slow tries to charge me an extra £16 on top of my two subscriptions that I already pay. It’s also incredibly slow when you’re actually using the app and when you are chilling just trying to book the Jim. It signed me out for three weeks straight not having two months and there’s nothing I can do about it. ### 1/5 — Slow *2026-02-12, version 109.80* Extremely slow and the account setup doesn’t always recognise the code ### 2/5 — Could be great *2025-10-24, version 109.40* Often slow particularly when trying to book a class. Please sort it out as booking sessions and checking availability is impossible ### 1/5 — No one ever answers the phone! *2025-07-02, version 108.41* Facilities are good but hard work trying to contact via phone to book a class. ### 4/5 — Works alright *2025-03-11, version 108.9.1* Swimming booking can be awkward as you go to the swimming timetable and select a session it just bounces you to the main menu and doesn’t actually book it. Would make more sense if under Bookings you see your bookings rather than make them. Also would be handy to have an Apple Watch app so you could maybe see your bookings and very least the qr code for entry, especially when in the pool area and wanting to go in the sauna when it does want you to scan upon entry.
