As someone who was recently diagnosed with MS, I've been trying to find ways to better understand my symptoms and recognize patterns. This tracker has been really helpful because it gives me one place to keep everything organized instead of trying to remember how I felt from day to day. It also makes me feel more prepared for appointments with my neurologist since I can look back at what's been going on instead of relying on memory.
