This has to be the sloppiest fitness app on the market. Terrible filming, the content is all over the place, no real programs, etc. Do not waste your money its a joke, she put zero effort into building a real app or program but expects users to pay $34 a month?? HARD PASS.

Been following her workouts for years and they stand the test of time. I’ve taken many of her classes in person and this is the next best thing. My body has never been more toned and lean and it’s because of Liv’s method.
