Automatisation des transmissions avec le médecin traitant (facultatif). Grâce à Livi j’ai pu trouver un spécialiste disponible, qui a confirmé le diagnostique posé par mon généraliste et bien tout expliqué, ce qui m’a évité de me déplacer, garer, d’attendre, et surtout m’a permis de trouver un spécialiste alors qu’il n’y en avait pas dans ma ville qui acceptait de nouveau patient ou était disponible un dimanche ! Booked an appointment. Was asked to download their app. Did this and found booking had been cancelled as not confirmed within 1 hr. No message regarding a 1hr confirmation time in LIVIs text regarding this. Called support. Was very unhelpful. LIVI just kept blaming my practice for now informing me of the 1hr rule. Despite practice booking this for me and me confirming the appointment immediately, Livi decides to cancel my appointment!!! Almost a week lost now and still unable to progress an appointment, instead I’ll have to phone the practice again tomorrow to see if they can book for me! What a waste of time! Does not live up to its claims! ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2025-12-19* Useless app. I waited for my appointment for 90mins and had the app open and ready to go for the 5 mins leading up to the appointment. Then all of sudden it said I missed a call from the GP and I had to reschedule when I was ready with the app and didn’t receive any call. Waste of my time. ### 1/5 — Poor accessibility for disabled individuals - violates Equality Act 2010 *2025-10-25, version 3.90.0* There was no information available regarding how people with certain disabilities, such as being deaf, can access the services Livi provides. So I contacted their support for this information. Their support team informed me that Livi does not provide any accessibility features for deaf people. This is a violation of the Equality Act 2010, which clearly states all businesses operating in the UK must provide reasonable adjustments so that disabled citizens can access the same services as equally and fairly as non-disabled people. For example, a text-based chat should be provided for deaf people who cannot hear video calls, which would be an acceptable reasonable adjustment as required by law. ### 1/5 — No way to verify ID with Emed *2025-04-18, version 3.83.1* Emed have recently transferred to this platform but I have no way of verifying my account because I do not have the correct photo ID. They do not answer the phone and continue taking my subscription. Livi looks like a good idea but there’s no transparency and you can end up paying for NHS services. Lorsqu’une angine, ou bien une cystite, n’importe quoi, vous prend de cours… ou que vous vous rendez compte que finalement vous n’aviez pas eu le temps de retourner faire renouveler une ordonnance, QUEL BONHEUR d’avoir une consultation en quelques minutes, avec des gens souriants et compétents. MERCI Livi !
