## What is Livi?

The Livi safety and comfort system is designed to protect property and loved ones, create a cozy atmosphere in the home, and make businesses more productive. The system includes a hub, wireless devices, a mobile app, and a cloud-based platform. It integrates with сentralized security monitoring systems, video surveillance, and voice assistants.
The Livi app allows you to control security and devices remotely, automate the operation of engineering systems using scripts and schedules, and provide access for loved ones and colleagues.

Уже два раза за год (как минимум) ливиком проводит технические работы в первой половине дня. В это время снять охрану невозможно. С пульта охраны тоже снять нельзя. 

Единственный вариант отключить охрану и не слушать вой сирен в данном случае - разобрать сирены и достать из них батарейки. Очень удобно, высший профессионализм в работе 👍

О брелоках уже писали в отзывах. Это брелоки как от сигнализации на китайских самокатах. В карманах или сумке постоянно ложные срабатывания, кнопки слепые.

Кнопки слепые! Я не понимаю как поставить на сигнализацию и когда охрана снята!
Подтвердить электронную почту невозможно - в приложении нет поля для ввода кода! В письме на почте только код и нет ссылки для активации! Позор! Оборудование стоит как Европейское, а работают хуже Китайского.

1) Сделайте серой кнопку когда дом без охраны, красной - под охраной полностью и сине для ночного режима! 
2) сделайте кнопку большого размера в середине экрана как у гольфстрима или умного дома!
Главное действие и весь смысл приложения в этой кнопке!

За лог событий спасибо - удобно, не ломайте!

Раньше вроде работал, хотя и бывало глючил. Но сейчас просто ужас. Сам вышел из учетной записи. Код для новой авторизации не дает. Видимо айтишникам перестали платить.

Приложение перестало логиниться. Просит ввести номер телефона и пароль, при этом поле номера телефона не редактируемое. Стоят все нули и что-то поменять возможности нет. Пожалуйста, исправьте как можно быстрее.

### 2.1 — 2026-07-07

*The object owner can choose which types of sensors (alarms) to send to the CMS
When connecting the hub to CMS, the user can specify the type of devices whose signals will be broadcast to the CMS: intrusion alarm, fire alarm, emergency alarm and actuators (like smart sockets and relays). 

*The ability to set a delay for entry/exit for custom groups
Previously, the delay could only be set for sensors in the Main group.

*Setting up notifications for Livi US auxiliary sensors
Depending on the type of connected device, notifications may occur frequently, distracting users. We have added the ability to disable push notifications for auxiliary sensors in the Livi US module settings. 

*Livi Hub Max hubs can now be added/replaced via Wi-Fi
With the release of the firmware v2.6, Livi Hub Max will be able to locally configure Wi-Fi connections. This means that even if there is no SIM card in the hub and there is no wired internet at the facility, but there is a Wi-Fi network, you can connect the hub and establish a connection with the cloud and the CMS.

*Configuring the operation of Ethernet and Wi-Fi channels in the absence of main power
The power consumption of the Ethernet and Wi-Fi modules is significantly higher than that of the 4G modem, so when the main power supply fails, the hubs enter power-saving mode: the processor clock speed is reduced, and the Ethernet and Wi-Fi modules are disabled. 
The Livi Hub Max hubs are equipped with a high-capacity battery that can provide long-term support for the Ethernet and Wi-Fi modules. Therefore, starting from firmware v2.6, you can set the Ethernet and Wi-Fi modes to be activated during power failures. 

*Support for the new Livi LS K water leak sensor
The new sensor features dust and water protection (IP65), compact dimensions (55 x 15 mm), and a special sensor design that provides more informative flood warnings. When the water level is low, the sensor will send a warning to the mobile app, and if the water level increases, the sensor will enter the alarm state. This allows you to assess the severity of the flood and respond accordingly.

### 2.0.0 — 2025-11-17

New app name
The app has received a new name - Livi. This change is related to the renaming and new positioning of the product. At the same time, the names of some sections have been updated: the "Home" tab is now called the "Main" tab, and "Family" has been renamed to "People".

Support for Koishi Style devices
The latest version of the app supports a range of new devices. Users can now connect new hubs, such as Hub Max K, sensors including CS K, MS K, MSW K, VS K, Keypad K, and Siren Ext K. Note that the Classic and Koishi product lines are not fully compatible.

Personal passcodes for keyboards
With the introduction of the keyboard, users can now have their own security code - in addition to or as an alternative to an electronic key (RFID). The passcode can be set when the keyboard is connected, or at any time through the user settings.

Transfer of Delay for entry/exit setting to Group guard settings
Now, the arming delay time is set not in the Livi RFID reader settings, but directly in the Main group's guard settings. This allows users who do not have an RFID reader or keyboard at the site to use this feature. To set the delay time, simply go to the "Devices - Main group - 3 dots - Group guard settings".

The ability to disable the Disarm under duress function
Added the ability to disable the Disarm under duress function on Livi Key Fob and Livi RFID settings. 

Reassigning the functions of the Livi RFID buttons
The night security control buttons on Livi RFID can now be reassigned. Instead of the fixed functions such as "night guard" and "night guard off", it is now possible to run executive devices and scripts.

Mute the siren delay sound
We have added the option to disable the audio signal accompanying the entry/exit delay. This sound can now be disabled in the Siren settings.

Scenario setup examples
To help users create scripts, we have added a link that leads to our examples page. This page contains ready-made solutions for common (and not only) tasks. These solutions will allow you to quickly get familiar with the system's capabilities and customize it to your needs.

Noise level in the radio channel on the hub settings
The new feature in the hub screen is the display of the noise level in the radio channel. This value is accompanied by a description: high, medium, or low, which helps you quickly assess the quality of radio communication and choose the best location for the hub.

Other improvements
Additionally, we added the "Balance Below" condition for 4G hubs to the scripts, improved push notifications, and fixed some bugs.
