Camera crash fixes                                           
- Zoom and exposure drags no longer flood the camera with requests — throttled to one per 100 ms, always landing on the final     
  value. Fixes crashes when pinch-zooming or dragging the exposure slider.                                         
- Fixed a crash opening the camera when a device-orientation change arrived mid-initialization, before the preview size was known.                                                                                                                
- Fixed a crash when the camera permission prompt was triggered twice — e.g. tapping "Give permission" while the system dialog was
  already open.
