Just random list of exercises.  No explanation of movements.  Movements button just shows blank white screen.

This app is no good to me. Too many of the exercises are unfamiliar to me and not shown in their videos. I can YouTube search some, but so far I can find nothing for 'shoelaces'. Refund please.

I love this app.  The wods require no equipment and are easy to understand.  Any movement I wasn't sure of was demonstrated in the videos. I was recently on a business trip and was able to use space in the hotel's fitness center to complete one of the wods. I could have just as easily done it in the room. Great if you just can't get to your regular work-out or even as a fitness program on your own. VERY reasonably priced.
