Have been trying to unlock the complete game and continually get a “purchase failed” message. My account is fine and full of money I want to give you! Help!

WAS enjoying it but I got to the point where I need to purchase to go further. I’d be happy to pay for the full game but when I click “unlock now” I get an error message saying “purchase failed. Try again”. It comes up immediately after pressing the unlock button, it doesn’t even give me the chance to double click the side button to use my Apple Pay to purchase, so it doesn’t seem to be an apple issue. Really annoying because I want to finish the game!

The best graphics I’ve seen.  Originality, imagination and detail is amazing even though I’m not a fan of smoke and fantasy.  Nice long game, pretty good and plenty of hidden object games.  Like that you can track morphs and collectibles from a very good map and side banners.  Only complaint is not enough good mini games.  Like to play the game not just watch it.  Five stars because I didn’t want it to end.
