However after 2 hrs they realised that they don’t have something and order can’t fulfill min amount required and order was cancelled. Later I realised that they don’t want to deliver that’s y, some product required is not available with them. Better to get directly from other local shop rather than going behind this alcohol management chain. Ordered on WhatsApp (as advised on the app). Ordered placed, first time slot given 12a-1p, person didn’t turn up. When checked, I was informed order would be delivered before 2p as dispatch is delayed. Still no sign of the delivery guy. Ended up cancelling the order. Don’t think Living Liquidz has either got its digital strategy in place or last mile logistics. In the era of 15 min deliveries, this experience seemed to be a bullock cart in the era of EVs.
