However after 2 hrs they realised that they don’t have something and order can’t fulfill min amount required and order was cancelled. Later I realised that they don’t want to deliver that’s y, some product required is not available with them. Better to get directly from other local shop rather than going behind this alcohol management chain. Would never order again and share same experience with all people around me. ### 1/5 — Terrible Signup Process and equally terrible delivery *2023-11-11, version 1.2.6* Tried signing up, OTPs got terribly delayed, and everytime it would pop up a invalid OTP message, not allowing me to move forward. Ordered on WhatsApp (as advised on the app). Ordered placed, first time slot given 12a-1p, person didn’t turn up. When checked, I was informed order would be delivered before 2p as dispatch is delayed. Still no sign of the delivery guy. Ended up cancelling the order. Don’t think Living Liquidz has either got its digital strategy in place or last mile logistics. In the era of 15 min deliveries, this experience seemed to be a bullock cart in the era of EVs. Not sure if I will order from LL ever again online … deleted the app. ### 1/5 — Order delayed because delivery team was watching cricket match *2023-10-14, version 1.2.6* I selected a delivery slot of 4-4:30 and every time I called, I was informed that it will be delivered in another half an hour. Finally when asked about the reason, I was informed that it is getting delayed because the delivery team is busy watching the cricket match and will only leave once the match is over. This is the height of unprofessionalism and the worst experience I’ve had on an app- at least give slots according to the “delivery team’s willingness” and give an accurate time when asked for revised delivery time. ### 1/5 — Pathetic service *2023-08-16, version 1.2.6* I placed the order twice around 9pm and both the time they accepted my order and later around 11 they called me and cancelled it, infact second time they did even call and just cancelled my order, of course it’s not possible to make an arrangement so late. When I went on the app to make a complaint it’s a whatsap message it routes you through and they read my message but never responded back and simply ignored it. I will put the screenshots on twitter about how they deal with customers. ### 1/5 — Not at all user friendly *2023-05-25, version 1.2.6* This app has inventory mentioned of all the outlets across Mumbai and Pune. So whenever you are placing an order you won’t know whether it’s available in the outlet nearby you or not. Every single time I get a call from them saying this is not available that is not available and it shows available on the app. They suggest we call them Everytime to check what’s available in their stock. 0 rating from my side. ### 1/5 — Unreliable people *2023-03-16, version 1.2.6* If you got guests coming at your place and thinking of ordering wine from living liquidz then there are fair chances of them not delivering your orders without even intimating you. You’d think they would deliver qccording to your booked time slot but you will end up calling and tracking them and finally stepping out and buying the stuff from your local shops. They don’t have value for your time. Avoid them at all cost! ### 1/5 — The Delivery and Pathetic commitment *2022-09-10, version 1.2.6* This has done multiple times from the living liquid support either you place an order from App/ by calling. Either they wont have a stock and will not delivered. I had placed an order today( 10th Sept’22 ) in the morning and I selected to deliver between 11am-12Noon as per the slot availability on the app. However, after multiple follow-up and calling to the customer care they kept saying it will delivered in next 20mins-15mins. But still havent received my order. Somehow from google we managed to get the nearest Palava Living Liquids store person contact detail. He said your order is on the way at 3pm and it will be delivered in next 15mins to our house location. It is just 15mins away distance from the store to our house. We called again he said to contact the delivery guy- Sumit and shared the number. However, when we contacted him he said the order will be delivered in next 2hours between 4:30 to 5pm. We were so frustrated by the service and the wrong commitments. We have a guest at house today that was the reason we selected slot for the morning between 11am- 12 noon but delivering late evening is not the solution. Unfortunately, we have to go out now and get our order from other store. If this was informed us earlier, we shouldn't have waited and wastes our time. This has happened multiple time. Disappointed and deleting this FAKE App. You guys have wrong commitment and Pathetic service. Cover-up guys! ### 1/5 — Always sends lesser items then what you ordered *2022-04-29, version 1.2.6* They have a big problem in the inventory management, if you order five items you will get only three items or lesser, because, the location where you order the same item might not be available but still you will see those items on their app. On the day of delivery, there has always been a surprise from these guys and if they would have informed in advanced I could have managed this from the local shop nearby. I ordered and I was given a time slot of 7-8pm delivery. I was expecting important guest hence I placed order early. The order was never delivered and there was no courtesy whatsoever to even inform. I called up their helpline and a lady picked up n said yes ur order is confirmed n I'll forward it to the store n before I could ask anything else she hung up the call. Now the funny part, 2day 6th June I receive a call from the store n the person said, u have ordered n we are delivering now. When asked why not delivered yesterday, he very casually said, there was rush yesterday n we didn't get time to deliver. This was a straight insult, again I asked, u should have informed, said some1 was on leave n I forgot. I mean WOW!! My local shops know better service than yours. You'll wasted my Saturday n humiliated me in front of my guest.
