Your mood changes throughout the day, so a single mood entry for the entire day can be limiting.

Living makes it easy to add multiple mood entries across your day. With a habit-building approach, it encourages you to pause, reflect, and check in with how you’re feeling—several times daily.

Living is clutter-free by design, with a clear focus on helping you understand your moods and their patterns. Everything is intentionally kept simple, so you can add an entry in less than a minute.

** HOW TO USE **

The ideal way to use Living is to keep it running, play the in-built radio, and go about your day. Add mood entries whenever you feel the need.

Over time, meaningful patterns begin to emerge, helping you better understand yourself.

** PRIVACY AND SECURITY **

Your mood data is stored in a secure cloud database, so it remains safe and available whenever you need it.

We use Firebase, a Google-managed platform, to store and protect your information using industry-standard security practices, including encrypted connections and controlled access.

Your data is:

-> Protected using modern security safeguards

We do not sell your mood data or use it for advertising. Your information is used only to provide core app features and improve your experience.
