### 5/5 — Less doom scrolling, more living

I used to be addicted to mindlessly scrolling on my social media apps, and this has genuinely helped me cut back. I love watching my score increase, and trying to beat my PB. I’m also the kind of person who HATES breaking a streak once I’ve built one up, so the streak feature keeps me motivated. It’s also a well-designed app. You can lock whatever apps you want and set your own goals. It’s completely free with zero ads. Highly recommend if you’re trying to be more mindful of how often you’re on your phone.
