The movie stops and restarts when I turn on the captions, or turn up the brightness or turn up the volume. I cannot watch it because the screen is too dark. My TV is on Maximum volume. I canceled this in May of 2023 and have emails to prove my request to cancel because the prevent you from having any control over your own subscription. Just found out today they w been charging my credit card this WHOLE TIME!!!!! The content looks like it's improved a lot since last year however I'm beyond angry at their business practices. I will select a movie, start watching, then shortly into it it will either stop playing the movie, or start playing a completely different film. I’ve reached out to support, but they have not responded. Our family moved to Texas and the rest of our family is still in Utah. However now we can’t access any of the Mormon specific content. No idea what happened. There is no way to turn autoplay off. Either remove autoplay, or fix the bug. Sent for a code but never came ### 5/5 — My kids love Living Scriptures! *2025-05-17, version 3.1* I got the app on a whim, had my kids watch it a few times, and before I knew it they were turning it on themselves and not just on Sundays. There are different shows/videos that they love, they learn about the gospel, and stay up on Come Follow Me. When they watch they learned tons, they are entertained, and laugh ,and find it funny too. This app is totally awesome! ### 5/5 — Need to continue 7min Line Upon Line Videos. *2022-09-27, version 1.94* We have loved this app. But the primary purpose of the app for us is to watch the 7 min Line Upon Line videos. They are amazing and so well done. I learn something new in each episode. The last 2 weeks there has not been a new 7 minute Line Upon Line video. Instead you have put on the full Old Testament Animated stories. We are so disappointed! We used this while teaching my small primary class and my weekly FHE with my family. They are the perfect length and packed full of information and humor. Intriguing and interesting to kids and adults alike. I hope that you can bring it back ASAP. I don’t think I will keep with the monthly subscription without the Line Upon Line Series. Update, Sep 2022. It looks like they just took off three or four weeks. They are back on with new ones on almost every week. One other note, sometimes on Sundays or Monday evenings we can’t log in, as if the entire service is down. Maybe once a month. Not a big deal. Love the service overall. Having such a wholesome streaming service for my young family is such a blessing! I’ve been watching it on my phone and streaming it to my tv! I love being able to have the kids profile and mine. I’ve only had the app for a week or so and look forward to getting to know it more. Especially the CFM resources! It would be nice if the screen rotated to both sides while playing on my phone though. Also knowing the year the video was made would be nice.
