I had your old version for years and love it, but it no longer updates weather. I deleted it, thinking I could re-download to reset it, but now it’s not even available. I tried submitting this via the “contact us” link in the app, and even that isn’t working. I’d just rather have a refund so I can buy some aspirin for this massive headache.
