Living Yoga is a beloved yoga studio in Forest Hills, Queens.
For more than a decade, we have been offering classes and workshops in yoga, hot yoga, and other mindful disciplines. 

Our studio is a serene and intimate sanctuary in the bustling heart of New York City’s most diverse borough.  We serve a vibrant community of yogis who come to our classes to be challenged, energized and inspired.

Whether you are new to yoga, have many years of experience, or somewhere in between — everyone is welcome at Living Yoga.  Our caring and knowledgeable instructors can help you find healing, transformation and inner peace.
